STOP calling me...............They did not leave a message

call at least 10 times during the day.

Someone called from their office named Officer Justin from the Better Business Bureau about a payday loan and if I didn't pay them 200 every two weeks I was going to be arrested and I'll have to go to court and hire an attorney. I'm like what the heck, and yes your right, but they aren't Indian, their Middle Eastern. They were rude, playing around in the office. Totally unprofessional.

A man called and asked to speak to the owner when i told him that he was not available he could speak to me he asked who i was, i, in turn, asked who he was, he said his name was Peter Jackson, I asked what the call was regarding, he asked my name, i, once again asked what his call was regarding, he then asked if i had a boyfriend, i hung up.

states that he is with a law firm and he works for cash advance and wants to sue me for 1500 dollars,which i never received and some kind of way got access to my account number and social security number.

The original debtor told me that the Federal Trade Commission and the BBB Are trying to prosecute this Fraudlent company but they keep changing their phone number. They will get them eventually, Do NOT send any money to them!

phone number came up as private name, called concerning about a bill that was 20 years old,useing my married name that use to be and demanding that i pay the bill, they were very demanding and pushy. if you have any contacts with this company call your atty general in your state.

Said I owed a payday loan which I have no record of getting. He has zero legal documents and could not even verify the date of the loan.
